Fostering adoption for a complex dashboard experience
Cisco’s Accountability team uses DOMO for marketing data drill-down and reporting. In a effort to harmonize the data reporting for the executive managers, Cisco wanted to create a custom dashboard that will get spark more interest than the DOMO reports initially created. Our role was to help Cisco design a custom dashboard MVP (desktop only) while still in the process of selecting the right metrics for the organization.

Iterative understanding
Each time we designed a version, it helped Cisco stakeholders realized what better metrics could be used or what could be a better way to present them. While not experts in Cisco marketing KPIs, our external point of view was helpful to determine and even invent the most relevant ways to showcase data.
