A new digital presence for The Venetian meetings and events services
Our Las Vegas Sands client that worked with us on The Venetian Casino & Resort website asked us to design a website for their business product inducing Sands Expo center and The Venetian and Palazzo meeting offerings.
Enormous spaces and best-in-class catering mixes with flawless organization and technical expertise to propose one of the most high-end event organization products on the Strip.
Challenge
Understanding users and all stakeholders
Do you know what goes through the mind of an event organizer that deals with events the size of the C.E.S. Las Vegas? Me neither when I started on this project.
We discovered through interviews and various workshops (Brand dive, Stakeholders mapping, Consumer journey mapping, etc.) the needs of event managers, exhibitors who rent a booth for an event, interna Venetian teams from the marketing, technical, catering, organization, etc. A deep dive in an unknown world to try to create the most relevant experience.
Solution
From A to Z
We created the brand essence and attributes to be prioritized in all the Venetian Meetings communications and made sure the website would be a reflection of those.
Based on this we delivered a modern and dynamic website to showcase the impressive capabilities of the teams.
A lot of interesting work on orientation and space representation has been made without being ultimately fully delivered.
